Christina,

Though I cannot offer you help concerning the animated movie since I've
never seen it, I can, however, recommend joining the list called The
Lion's Call since this list has moved to there and this "Narnia" list
is currently being used as archives. Try posting the same question on
that list. Good luck! I hope you find that piece of your childhood!

Cheers and huzzah.

Caspian's a medieval monarch - they hitched up young. And what's the hurry when your
love interest is much more long-lived?

that the children are 2 or 3 years older at the beginning of Prince Caspian. Aravis is right
that Lewis "explicitly states" that only a year has gone by, but that information isn't vital to
the story. 2 or 3 years could have gone past and the story would virtually remain the
same.

Because of the extra time between movies, I would not be surprised if they made the gap
between stories two years to match, as well. I guess Caspian would need to be a little
older than I think of him, though, since he marries about 3-4 Narnian years later.

kids when they go back to England and in the first chapter of PC, Lewis explicitly states it's
a year after their first Narnia adventure) and I always imagined Prince Caspian to be just a
year or so younger than Peter, so that would make PC and Susan around the same age
when they meet.

[narnia] Old animated movie

Does anyone know where I can find this beauty?

I remember growing up, early 70s(?), and there was an animated movie
every Christmas time. This was aired on CBC (I lived in Toronto,
Canada)and I remember English accents NOT US ones.
I know there is one being distributed widely right now but looking at
the cover Tumnus is bright red with sort of blue hair. I don't
remember that. I remember him being.. well.. him... Faun colour.
I saw, what I thought was it, on eBay, not too long ago, and sent an
email to the seller asking for a postage price as well as other basic
things in order for me to help figur eout if this was truely it. I
never got reply from him.
So.. If you go to the photo area I've put the cover of that one up and
would love any help on the subject.

Thanks
Christina
