I've always imagined him as closer to Edmund's age and probably a bit younger.  Because of the extra time between movies, I would not be surprised if they made the gap between stories two years to match, as well.  I guess Caspian would need to be a little older than I think of him, though, since he marries about 3-4 Narnian years later.

Umm, PC happened a year after LWW (Earth time -- the Pevensies go back to being kids when they go back to England and in the first chapter of PC, Lewis explicitly states it's a year after their first Narnia adventure) and I always imagined Prince Caspian to be just a year or so younger than Peter, so that would make PC and Susan around the same age when they meet.

Of course, Lewis never explicitly states ages and I don't find the "official chronology" all that convincing...

That's the last thing we need really.  And I doubt that Gresham would allow any such thing.  Besides, Susan would likely be several years older, especially with the movie Susan aging a couple of years.
